We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team at Techatix. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Document technical procedures and solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in IT support or help desk environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
